Customer Service & Credit Control Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & Credit Control Administrator to join our team in Bath

Area: Bath

Salary: Dependant on experience

Job Type: Full-time

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
  • Act as the primary contacts for Asset Finance (Vendor sub-division), monitoring the Finance inbox daily and actioning requests from other departments.
  • Post all transactions appearing on the bank statement and reconcile.
  • Monitor and reconcile the clearing accounts.
  • Process the weekly upload and download of data required for the asset protection scheme, process refunds and credit notes as required.
  • Maintain and update Vendor cashflow
  • Process Sentinel transactions to Sage nominals and reconcile as required
  • Process early settlement payments
  • Maintain and control sales ledgers
  • Process direct debit for Vendor and Hard Asset
  • Support the finance team with any other tasks required by management due to managing priorities or covering absent staff.
  • Operate within Time Finance plc’s data protection policies and procedures
  • Operate within Time Finance plc’s compliance policies as relevant to the role
  • Operate within Time Finance plc’s HR policies and company handbook
