Customer Service & Credit Control Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service & Credit Control Administrator to join our team in Bath

Job Type: Full-time
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Act as the primary contacts for Asset Finance (Vendor sub-division), monitoring the Finance inbox daily and actioning requests from other departments.
- Post all transactions appearing on the bank statement and reconcile.
- Monitor and reconcile the clearing accounts.
- Process the weekly upload and download of data required for the asset protection scheme, process refunds and credit notes as required.
- Maintain and update Vendor cashflow
- Process Sentinel transactions to Sage nominals and reconcile as required
- Process early settlement payments
- Maintain and control sales ledgers
- Process direct debit for Vendor and Hard Asset
- Support the finance team with any other tasks required by management due to managing priorities or covering absent staff.
- Operate within Time Finance plc’s data protection policies and procedures
- Operate within Time Finance plc’s compliance policies as relevant to the role
- Operate within Time Finance plc’s HR policies and company handbook
